Granite Dragon Arts
We offer classes in the internal arts of Baguazhang and
Taichichuan. classes in Qigong and  Acupressure are also
offered by request.
We started offering classes in 2006 when Sifu Bobb Maio,
after eight years of study, was certified as an instructor of
Jiulong Baguazhang. Previously he had studied and taught
Taichichuan for over twenty years and acupressure for the
previous five years.
Present
Classes are held weekly in Nashua, NH. and Merrimack, NH. classes are also
available at the Gompa in Arlington, Texas.  We gather every year in the northeast for
a week of training that all are invited to attend.
Baguazhang
Baguazhang is an internal martial art designed specifically for multiple opponents. It is
characterized by powerful palm strikes, elusive tactics, circular training and longevity of
its practitioners. It is the main focus of our study and teaching.

Taichichuan
Acupressure
Taichichuan is also an internal martial art although typically taught today as a moving
meditation and exercise it is really one of the most powerful martial arts available if
taught and studied in the proper manner.
Acupressure is a system of physical manipulations designed to balance the bodies
energies so that it can maintain health and find relief from pain.
